Hello! Thank you for your interest in our container homes. We are very passionate about providing an affordable housing opportunity.  Now serving and building in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida.  We have 3 floor plans that range from 1-3 bedroom units.

How it works:  You will need to have a lot picked out to purchase or already own the lot.  Then our team will contact the county and find out what the requirements are in placing a container home on that specific lot.  Once you decide on a shipping container to purchase, our team will work with you on design, site planning, permitting and anything else needed.  The build time from start to finish is approximately 90 days on a new build.  Our contractors are licensed and ready to start.

Purchasing & Financing:  Take advantage of our financing options and choose your lot and container home for the ultimate buying experience. Alternatively, you may also add the container home to your existing lot!  We work with several lenders that can finance our container homes alone or programs that include the land, container home and contractors work.  More information and links to their sites can be found in the links below.  We also accept cash.  We require 30% down upon your order and 90 days for completion. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery arrangements.

We are the owners of Homes Plus in Tampa Florida. We’ve gotten a lot of interest through Facebook marketplace, so we thought we would share some of our work!

We provide completely custom fabrication of shipping containers and turn them into ADU’s, Commercial Use Offices, Bars, Dog Kennels, Back yard rental units, Swimming Pools and other container driven building concepts!

Our team has been building commercial and industrial buildings for 25 years. Recently we have been doing more high end completely finished shipping container units.

In addition we have 12 years experience in New construction, residential and commercial Real-estate hand in hand with the Roman Group Team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group.

The Roman Group was born out of a strong desire to offer premier solutions for our local Florida/Georgia homeowners. Since 2012, our experienced team has been assisting buyers and sellers who value high-quality service and attentive real estate partners. We specialize in property management, commercial real estate, residential, luxury and new construction homes.

1. Homes Plus Realtor Program Benefits

We will Co-list with vacant land owners and pay the commissions on the sale of the container portion. Sellers can offer a commission of their choice on the sale of the land but does not have to. How does this benefit you as a realtor?
-Is the seller only willing to give a small commission or are they a fsbo that does not want to pay a commission? We will pay a 5% commission, $5,000 minimum on the cost of the container home ($75,000-110,000). This does not include the costs associated with foundation pad, land impact fees, utility installation, etc. BUT, those expenses can be rolled into the buyers loan. We have contractors and lenders in place.
This means a FSBO has NOTHING to lose. We are paying for the listing and they have no reason to not list with you. This may assist in getting regular residential listings (in eligible areas/neighborhoods that allow ADU) a mobile home listing or distressed home listing.

2. Homes Plus For Sale By Owner Program Benefits
